All VOLAR ages are determined as of January 1, 2025. For example: ages for April 2025 AND ON events will be as of January 1, 2025.

  • The workshop ages listed above are simply guidelines; Studio Owners/Directors may use their discretion to place their dancers in the appropriate classroom levels. Please remember, for the PROTEGE SEARCH AT OUR SEASON FINALE, dancers must be in their age appropriate (as of January 1, 2025) classroom.

  • EarLy Tuition fees only apply to registrations submitted and PAID IN FULL by the “Early Registration Deadline” for each city. See your CITY PAGE for exact registration deadlines.

  • Dance studios may apply their own additional administrative fees.

  • All fees are in CANADIAN Dollars.

  • AMERICAN checks are not accepted.

  • Refund Policy: If an event is cancelled (for COVID or any other reason), refunds will be made within 10 days of the event. No refunds if attendee cancels. If a dancer is unable to attend, a credit voucher will be issued towards a future CREO event.

  • CREO uses a cashless payment model. We do not accept cash onsite at the General Info Desk OR Merchandise BOOTH.

  • Level changes can be made within the first two classes of the workshop. Please notify the CREO desk of any level changes and we will MAKE NOTE, if necessary.

  • In some cities, levels may be combined.

OBSERVERS

Parents of registered dancers are allowed into the workshop classes if they have purchased an Observer PASS ($40 CAD) FOR OUR SEASON FINALE ONLY (TORONTO).

All Observers must be attending with paid students only and may not be teachers, studio owners or dancers.

Observer PASSES are not required for the Welcome Show or Closing Show.

VOLAR reserves the right to limit observers within each ballroom, subject to attendance and space limitations.

Observer PASSES will not be sold at LOCATION.

VOLAR reserves the right to revoke any Observer privileges.

One-day Observer PASSES are not available.

Observers 10 years and under are free, as long as they are accompanied by a paid Observer.

Observer PASSES are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions

SAFETY AND SECURITY

The host hotel, facilities and CREO Dance MOVEMENT are not responsible for any lost personal items or injuries.

If a participant of VOLAR DANCE CONVENTION is in need of first aid, please see a VOLAR Staff member at the Info Desk.

All dancers under the age of 16 who are registered with VOLAR DANCE CONVENTION must be accompanied by an adult of a legal age.

All dancers registered for the workshop must complete and sign VOLAR DANCE CONVENTION digital waiver in order to participate. This waiver can be found in THE REGISTRATION FORM.
